Smoked Chicken
Summer Isles smoked chicken is marinated in a brine with bay leaves and juniper berries, then slowly cold smoked and finally moist cooked in a cooking bag to keep all the juices and flavours in. The result is a succulent, smoky treat which is a firm favourite for summer meals. Great in salads or sandwiches. Available in either 120g sliced breast, a whole breast or the whole chicken.
